School Board Election Results

Miami ISD held their school board election on Tuesday, November 3. Four candidates ran for three positions. The following are the results of the election:
Priscilla Talley: 143
Tom Grantham: 139
Terry Wheeler: 113
Byron Peach: 58
Priscilla Talley, Tom Grantham, and Terry Wheeler will each serve a three year term on the Miami ISD Board. Their term will began on November 16, 2009. These board members will be sworn into office at the regular board meeting.
